Fedco Seeds –  Co-op Seed Packers  Offering cold-hardy varieties of untreated vegetable, herb and flower seed.  You will find a large selection of certified organic cultivars and regional heirloom varieties from all over the world, including right here in the Pacific Northwest.  They do not knowingly sell any GMO seed and clearly mark seed sourced from companies with ties to GMO practices.  Consumers own 60% of the cooperative and worker members 40%.

Irish Eyes Garden Seeds  A quality provider of potato, flower and vegetable seed from Ellensburg, Washington offering a variety of heirloom and organic seed.  Potato and garlic seed is certified disease-free by the WSDA.

Seed Savers Exchange  A non-profit, member supported organization that saves and shares the heirloom seeds of our garden heritage.  As the largest non-governmental seed bank in the United States, they permanently maintain more than 25,000 endangered vegetable varieties, most having been brought to North America by members’ ancestors who immigrated from Europe, the Middle East, Asia and other parts of the world.

Seeds of Change  Over 1,200 varieties of 100% certified organic vegetable, flower and herb seed; many heirloom, native or hard-to-find.  Their mission is to preserve biodiversity and promote sustainable, organic agriculture.  They also have a line of organic food products.

Johnny’s Selected Seeds  Employee-owned seed producer and merchant offers a large variety of quality, disease resistant seed, with many certified organic varieties.  Their products include vegetable seeds; medicinal and culinary herb seeds; flower seeds; cover crops, farm seed, and pasture mixes; fruit plants and seeds, and high quality, problem-solving tools and supplies.

Territorial  Seed Co.  Dedicated to providing gardeners with quality, sustainably grown vegetable, herb and flower seed, live plants and garden supplies.  A privately held company in Cottage Grove, Oregon, Territorial does not knowingly buy or sell genetically engineered seeds or plants. 

Ed Hume Seeds  A family owned and operated business located in the Pacific NW with a seed line specially selected for short season and cool climate areas.  Ed Hume has the longest continuously running gardening show in America with a weekly program in the Pacific Northwest since 1965.  In recent years, it has been syndicated and today, it reaches 50 million households across the country and in Japan.  Look for Gardening in America on KONG, Saturdays at 1:30 p.m.  Ed Hume will also be the featured speaker at the upcoming Soroptomist Gala Garden Show on March 20 and 21.
