Happy Summer, y’all – enjoy this great produce from A New Leaf Farm in Happy Valley.
This Chili’s Too Cool
Brown 1 – 1.5 lbs Clark Farms ground beef; season with chili powder, cumin and garlic.
Add 1 tub Jose’s Famous Salsa and two cans of beans.
Simmer until flavors meld; top with shredded goatsmilk cheddar and fresh cilantro.
Viola – the easiest, freshest chili you’ve ever made. Yum!
